Installation Of The Front Fender:
1. Each front fender will be looked at to assure proper installation.
Each fender must be installed straight. Each fender on the bottom
side of the screw will have each of the following:
1.a. One flat washer on the bottom.
1.b. One lock nut. The lock nut is a Teflon type lock nut.
1.c. The top of the screw will have one flat washer as shown in
the picture above.
2. Each fender will be properly tightened.
3. Each fender will be inspected for cracks and scratches. If you
find any fenders that have scratches or cracks you will stop production
on this scooter and have that part replaced with a new one.
