Handle bars, throttle, seat kit are all to be bubble wrapped and
bagged:
1. The picture above shows the handle bars, throttle, brake handle
all bubble wrapped together and then strapped and put into a plastic
bag.
2. The inspector will check a few scooters from each order to make
sure the factory is properly bubble wrapping the parts and then
putting them all into a plastic bag.
