Each scooter must be checked to make sure the alignment of the
footplate is in the center of the rear wheel.
1. The inspector will check each and every scooter for proper alignment
of the foot plate.
2. Notice in the above picture. The scooter on the left is not aligned
properly and is no good. The scooter on the right is aligned properly
and is ok.
3. Each scooter should be like the scooter on the right.
4. Any scooters looking like the left scooter will be rejected by
the inspector.
